OASIS, evolved. AquaShop, connected.
Proposed OASIS + AquaShop Brand Evolution — Concept artwork preserving the established OASIS black-and-gold identity, introducing Oasis Aqua through water reflections, and connecting AquaShop through a restrained BY OASIS endorsement. Final production assets are included with the combined Brand Evolution enhancement.
Turn a landmark venue's
online presence into a growth engine.
Four floors. One unmistakable experience. Since 2010, Oasis Aqualounge has grown through a distinctly women-owned, water-centred vision—earning national recognition among Canada’s fastest-growing businesses four times. This proposal brings that same depth, atmosphere and intention into the digital experience, so guests can begin to understand Oasis before they ever step through the door.
How Oasis wins
Every feature in this proposal exists for one reason: to move a stranger, one step at a time, into a loyal member who spends more and comes back. Nothing here is decoration — it's a system. Hover to lift a step; tap any step to see what it does and why it matters.
Descend through the four floors
A bespoke, image-led site built around the club's signature idea: scrolling through the four floors as if descending through the building — from the lounge, into the waters, through the playrooms, down to the private quarters. Elegant, dark, gold-accented and fully responsive — a world away from the current template. (You're inside a working preview of it right now.)

The differentiator
A private companion app and guest area can digitize verified Oasis workflows while preserving the front desk, physical-ID requirement and human safety response. The live operation is the Core foundation; wallet, social, ordering, booking and digital-help screens extend that foundation through the Professional experience.

Professional App Experience
RecommendedThis is the connected app layer shown above.
- ◆Ten scrollable app destinations for guest card, attendance, connections, ordering, booking, Social, AquaShop, events, venue discovery and Concierge
- ◆Connected messaging, guest-controlled presence, event tickets, digital ordering and location-based service routing
- ◆The same governed events, content, permissions and configuration used by the website and platform
Verified Guest Core
OASIS Core · Live VerifiedThe foundation every other module plugs into.

- ◆Day, event, visitor-type, couple-presence and zone-access eligibility rules
- ◆Visit wristband, included day membership and re-entry privileges

Verified Revenue & Service Lines
Core · Live + ExternalRevenue lines and included guest services are kept distinct.
- ◆Admissions and memberships — day admission; extended memberships carry a four-month minimum, not a monthly drop-in claim
- ◆Verified check-in and capacity — scan physical ID, maintain the governed guest record, and monitor capacity through admissions plus guest entries and exits
- ◆RFID wristband upgrade — proposed enhancement for more precise in-venue capacity signals; current waterproof wristbands remain the verified practice
- ◆Advance tickets and loyalty — continuity with the existing external platform
- ◆Bar service and tabs — current two-bar operation; digital ordering is Professional
- ◆Store and merchandise — AquaShop Commerce Operations connect products, services, sellers, orders, payments and fulfilment
- ◆Connected guest messaging — order updates, service notifications and Concierge conversations share the ORACLE messaging layer
- ◆Private venue hire — enquiries for off-hours rental (shows, content, film, corporate, parties)
- ◆Digital ordering and DJ requests — selectable Professional modernization
Continuity & Modernization Boundaries
OASIS Core · Evidence-labelledCore establishes the shared rules, source links, human authority and audit boundaries that every optional enhancement must respect. The app adds convenience without rewriting current venue operations.
- ◆Social — Core links approved OASIS stories, video and existing community destinations, including 231 Mutual Connections, without claiming those external records as native ORACLE data
- ◆Human safety response — Aquaflirt and security availability is Core; digital Help Me is Professional
- ◆AquaShop Store — commerce remains a connected ORACLE experience with separate product and service records, orders, payments, messages, seller governance and venue pickup
- ◆Social publishing — Core organizes approved sources; Professional publishes one approved story across selected sites; Premier prepares channel variants with final human approval
- ◆Brand Evolution — current OASIS and AquaShop concepts remain proposal assets until operator-approved production artwork is selected
- ◆Audit continuity — permissions, source URLs, decisions and release history remain attached to every shared record
AquaShop turns OASIS reach into governed commerce
AquaShop is not a separate storefront bolted onto the experience. Customer shopping, Seller operations and Management oversight share one Store authority, one permanent-identifier model and one auditable commerce record inside the OASIS implementation.
Customer
Connected journeyBrowse OASIS products, approved third-party products and bookable services without creating a disconnected account or cart.
- ◆Products and services retain permanent ORACLE identifiers
- ◆Seller-specific fulfilment supports shipping, pickup and service delivery
- ◆One master order preserves seller suborders, payment state and receipt history
- ◆Resolution Requests connect returns, refunds and settlement treatment
Seller
Governed participationIndependent sellers receive a bounded operating surface without becoming separate commerce authorities.
- ◆Seller Intake separates application, approval and commercial activation
- ◆Products and services remain distinct catalogue records
- ◆Orders, fulfilment, payouts and outstanding balances remain seller-scoped
- ◆Revenue share, commission and wholesale markup remain separate commercial models
Management
One oversight layerOASIS Management can see platform performance while preserving seller, item, order and commercial boundaries.
- ◆Seller approval, suspension, reinstatement and listing moderation
- ◆Commerce Operations across orders, returns, refunds and fulfilment
- ◆Gross sales, seller compensation and OASIS platform revenue remain separately visible
- ◆Flags, decisions and audit events retain permanent records
Class, not amateur
The design is only as striking as the visuals behind it. The current clips — muddy audio, uneven pacing, a script that tries too hard — work against a premium brand. We recommend a dedicated, discreet on-site shoot: a fully-owned, on-brand image and video library that respects the club's strict no-guest-photography policy.
On-Site Photo & Video Production
RecommendedCaptured after-hours by our production team; you approve every frame before it's used.
- ◆Discreet after-hours session across all four floors — lounge, pool & courtyard, playrooms, private quarters
- ◆Styled interior, ambience, bar, pool & sauna photography (no guests; fully consented talent only if used)
- ◆Polished short-form vertical video to replace the current clips — for the hero, social & ads
- ◆Professional editing, colour grading, clean audio & retouching
- ◆Full commercial usage rights — an image library Oasis owns outright
Meet the owners
Oasis isn't a chain or a franchise — it's a women-owned Toronto institution built and run by the people who believe in it, four times over one of Canada's fastest-growing businesses. The new site puts them front and centre: a boutique About with a proper "Meet the Owners" feature that turns first-time visitors into people who trust the room before they ever walk in. Their current blog, interviews, videos and approved media library connect here so the owners’ story stays alive across the website, app and Social.
Three levels of social support
OASIS Social comes with Core and uses the same approved events, stories, visual assets, permissions and audit history as the site and app. It links the current blog, videos and approved media library, and can be upgraded with Professional or Premier without turning unapproved content into a public post.
The events calendar
One of the site's signature interactions: click a night to open its flyer, save it, set a reminder or invite a guest. Here's how it feels.
Build the platform in one governed place
The Product Catalogue separates the fixed OASIS Core from optional Professional and Premier enhancements. Select an enhancement once and the shared configuration carries it into the public site, guest app, operations platform and AquaShop experience.
Choose, preview and refine your platform
Open the catalogue, compare capability outcomes and dependencies, and add only the enhancements Oasis wants. Your selections remain editable and travel with you across the full experience.

Current seven-phase planning scope
All figures are CAD before HST. Core, Professional and Premier are alternative package totals, not cumulative charges. Phase 1 is the accepted fixed package; all other figures remain planning estimates pending final production scoping.
From sign-off to sold-out nights
The implementation roadmap is finalized after production scoping confirms the selected phase packages, dependencies, client review windows, providers and operational responsibilities. This proposal does not promise an 8–10 week or 19-week production schedule.
- No production duration is promised by this demo proposal.
Model every new OASIS revenue path
Drag the levers to test a scenario. The model separates gross sales from the amount retained by OASIS and keeps App and Social attribution outside the channels already counted, preventing the same sale from being added twice.
Legacy defaults retained from the earlier proposal are illustrative: bar ordering, advance tickets, sponsorship/affiliate placements and one private-hire booking. All newly separated Store, seller, membership, App and Social channels begin at zero until OASIS supplies approved volumes, margins and attribution rules. Payback is held until final production pricing is established. HST, operating costs, refunds, chargebacks, taxes and implementation financing are not modelled.
Future possibilities
Ideas worth putting on the roadmap — funded once the core platform is live and earning. Each is scoped separately.

Not a website. A digital destination.
Most agencies stop at the website. We started by asking a different set of questions: what happens before a guest arrives, what happens when they walk in, how do they spend more, how do they come back, and what do staff and management need to run it?
